The installers arrived and started working immediately. During the installation it was noted that the product I had purchased (Gunstock) was different shades and it wasn’t fitting together correctly. The main office said to pull it and they will order another batch, come to find out that, that particular batch was defective. So the main office authorized to install a much more expensive and better product at no cost to me. I will always use EMPIRE for my flooring needs, I have NO complaints.

We had both carpet and hardwood installed. From our salesperson to the crew to the customer service department… all top-notch. Three bedrooms were carpeted and the hardwood in the hallway. Next day service is amazing. Carpet was installed with no problems. Hardwood flooring had a couple issues that were noted after the crew left, but after a call to customer service, the repairs were made the following day. Hardworking crews and treated us and our home with respect.

Our perfect job started with a man who definitely knew what he was talking about,the salesman. The installers did their job and were in and out with precision. The only problem was some of the young men spoke little English so it was a little difficult to talk to them. However they made up for this with quality workmanship.
